Bought a used Mercedes here on 3/16. Found out it has significant transmission issues a week later. Didn’t get extended warranty cuz I knew I wouldn’t put heavy miles on the car and was gonna just deal with whatever came up down the road. Didn’t expect to spend thousands within a week. Worst case scenario when buying a used car came true almost instantly. Welp, you live and you learn. Adding on further…there were other issues with the car that I feel any decent mechanic should’ve picked up on. Like spark plug issues. Make sure to get any car you purchase from here checked by a mechanic not affiliated from here. Also brought up issues with broken power window buttons ON DAY OF PURCHASE. He said he’d help get those fixed. I’ve since reached out for at least some help with those and have been ignored. Buy here at your own risk.

Final update after speaking to Mohammed he’s gonna work with us and help us out as much as he can with replacing the alternator and suspension honest guy keeping it real will buy from him again in the future.!! We came as a family all the way down from Fresno for a new family suv and Mohammed was more than helpful breaking everything down. 1 month exactly later potentially taking them to court. Been ducking my calls and messages for a week now. As we hit the road 10 miles into our drive tpms light came on indicating they shut it off called em he said take it leschwabb so they can replace the sensor he’ll pay for it awesome. Today 11/8/25 car starts over heating alternator has been bad for awhile according to mechanic causing the water pump not to get enough current to work properly causing over heating! Oh and on top of that Leschwab recommended to replace struts and coils on this car cause they are completely shot which we also started to feel halfways into our trip back to Fresno from them in Patterson got burned extremely bad. When we passed up on numerous other SUVS in Fresno/madera for this Subaru.

Purchased a car a few months ago for my girlfriend to use when I was out of state for work. Over the last few months she has used it approx. 20 times for a total of around 200 miles. She recently started a new job and while commuting in her first day the vehicle overheated. We towed the car and took it to a mechanic certified for the make of the vehicle. He discovered the water pump and oil housing both need to be replaced and are leaking. I contacted the GM for this company who claims the guy who sold us the car no longer works for the company despite the fact I am confidant he and the guy who sold it are one and the same. Especially since he kept slipping up saying even if I sold you the car, blank. He maintains every car is as is. Which I understand. However he along with whoever sold us the car claim every car has an indepth inspection prior to being sold to ensure there are no issues. He reiterated that fact yesterday. Then today is claiming that the inspection that supposedly covers all systems is only a basic safety inspection. That they do the bare minimum in terms of getting a car prepped and sale them as is from auction. With no care put into the vehicle. He stated without me having purchased a warranty there is nothing they will do. I reminded him that the warranty they offered us at the time of purchase didn't even cover the cooling system. So the warranty isn't even a consideration. He offered to have us take it to his mechanic. The same one who overlooked or outright lied in the previous inspection. I make this statement because the vehicle obviously needed work according to both my mechanic and the photos I took. Something someone would notice even in a routine safety inspection. The offer to take it to their mechanic was not to cover costs. Nothing other than putting us in touch with someone who may be cheaper. When I stated I had issues trusting that guy considering his previous inspection on the vehicle the GM then stated they have 3 mechanics they use around town. This is at odds with the fact yesterday and the day we purchase the vehicle we were told they use an inhouse mechanic. Point being either the guy who sold us the vehicle no longer works for the company which speaks volumes, or the guy who I spoke to today is the same guy and is lying to avoid accountability. The story regarding the state of the cars, how they procure them, sell them, and their relationship and accountability with us consumers changes. The GM wants to dodge accountability. Fortunately CA offers buyer protections with lemon cars. He had been recorded stating they did not perform an inspection on the vehicle as sold it along with others as is from auction. Again at odds with CA law. My attorney has already been contacted and is looking into the issue, but I wanted to avoid any hassle and give them the opportunity to live up to their reviews. Thing is take all these reviews with a grain of sand. They incentivize clients to leave good reviews. That said even if they're all good, and legitimate. I can prove this vehicle has barely been driven since purchase, that their were undisclosed issues. The company that is described in these reviews would be a company willing to accept responsibility and offer some type of compensation. Instead what you have is GM who blames "ex" employees. Who consistently states the GM, or owner is out of town/country. Who offers no actual support and backtracks on their statements and procedures. If this doesn't make sense, congrats you just understood how it is confronting these people who claim to be doing good business. Who's rather go to court and waste thousands bare minimum proving they're not at fault, or at worst being at faults and paying more under Lemon law. Than offer anything beyond we can give you a guy who provides cheap work. Well then... Now we know why you rates are cheap. Oh also GM stated the issues with our vehicle are common and yet knowing this when asked during the sell if there are any known or possible issues we were told there were none. It's reliable. Liars.

⸻ I bought a 2012 Toyota Prius V from this dealership about a month and a half ago. Just 7 days later, the engine had problems. When I was buying the car, they strongly recommended I purchase a warranty and promised it would start the same day. But they never activated it. When I told them the engine was bad and the warranty wasn’t active, they said to send the car by tow truck and they would take care of it. But for weeks, they kept delaying, saying “tomorrow” or “soon,” and I got tired of waiting. I finally went and took my car back. Now, the car needs $2,200 in repairs. My English wasn’t good when I bought the car, and I signed some papers I didn’t fully understand, so I can’t file a complaint anywhere. Be careful when buying a car from this dealership. The owner is dishonest. I have videos and proof.
